瀚思科技创新与发展协会近日完成2026年上半年研究资源整理工作。本次整理围绕技术白皮书、成果转化报告及其配套中英文信息展开，重点核对栏目归属、标题与摘要、发布时间、PDF文件、查询方式和页面跳转关系，确保不同入口指向同一份正式资料。

研究资源持续开放

技术白皮书栏目目前涵盖人工智能基础设施、数据治理与跨境数据流动、工业物联网安全、绿色计算、量子计算和智能制造等方向。每份白皮书均提供独立封面、双语标题与摘要，并通过正式PDF向会员、研究者和产业协作机构开放。相关材料用于提供研究观察和方法参考，不构成对具体企业、产品或投资事项的认证与建议。

成果转化报告栏目继续采用完整报告编号精确查询。报告列表、详情说明和PDF文件保持关联：录入正文说明时，查询结果提供详情入口；未录入说明时，仅展示报告基本信息和正式PDF，减少不完整内容对使用者造成的干扰。

加强双语资料一致性

本轮整理同步核对中文与英文标题、摘要和正文。英文内容按照中文原意完整表达，不省略适用边界、资料性质和使用提示。涉及专业术语时，优先采用技术治理、产业研究和成果转化领域常用表达，避免只做逐字替换。

建立持续维护机制

协会将按照季度节奏检查公开资料的文件可用性、页面链接、发布日期和双语字段，发现PDF地址失效、信息更新或栏目调整时及时处理。使用者可通过技术白皮书栏目浏览研究资料，也可在成果转化报告栏目使用完整编号核验报告。

后续新增资料仍将坚持来源明确、字段完整和正式文件优先的原则。涉及标准、报告或白皮书的具体内容，以对应PDF正式文本为准。

Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development has completed its review of research resources for the first half of 2026. The review covered technical white papers, technology transfer reports, and their supporting Chinese and English information. It focused on category placement, titles and summaries, publication dates, PDF files, lookup methods, and page links so that different entry points lead to the same formal resource.

Research Resources Remain Accessible

The Technical White Papers section currently covers AI infrastructure, data governance and cross-border data flows, industrial IoT security, green computing, quantum computing, and intelligent manufacturing. Each paper has an individual cover, bilingual title and summary, and a formal PDF available to members, researchers, and industry partners. These materials provide research observations and methodological references. They do not certify or recommend any specific enterprise, product, procurement decision, or investment activity.

The Technology Transfer Reports section continues to use exact matching for complete report numbers. Report listings, explanatory pages, and PDF files remain connected. When explanatory content has been entered, the result provides a link to the detail page. When no explanation is available, the system displays only the basic report information and formal PDF, avoiding incomplete content.

Improving Bilingual Consistency

The review also checked Chinese and English titles, summaries, and body content. English versions retain the full meaning of the Chinese originals, including scope, document status, and usage notices. Professional terminology follows common usage in technology governance, industry research, and technology transfer rather than literal word-by-word substitution.

Establishing Ongoing Maintenance

HATID will review public resource availability, page links, publication dates, and bilingual fields on a quarterly basis. Broken PDF links, information updates, and category changes will be addressed as they are identified. Visitors may browse research materials in the Technical White Papers section or verify a report with its complete number in the Technology Transfer Reports section.

Future resources will continue to follow the principles of clear provenance, complete metadata, and priority for formal documents. For standards, reports, and white papers, the corresponding formal PDF remains the authoritative text.
