每届论坛技术评审专场中获评"优秀"等级的成果，自动进入CTRIT成果转化推荐池。Achievements rated Excellent in the technology review session of each forum automatically enter the CTRIT achievement transfer recommendation pool.
CTRIT根据成果领域，匹配协会合作企业网络中的潜在产业方，组织对接会议或专项洽谈。CTRIT matches potential industrial partners in the association enterprise cooperation network according to the achievement field, and organizes matchmaking meetings or special negotiations.
确定合作意向后，由研究团队与产业方共同制定联合研发计划，CTRIT提供项目管理与法律支持。After cooperation intent is confirmed, the research team and the industrial partner jointly formulate a joint research and development plan, while CTRIT provides project management and legal support.
研发完成后协助成果在产业方实际场景中部署，并跟踪运行效果。After research and development is completed, CTRIT assists with deploying the achievement in the industrial partner actual scenario and tracks operating results.
落地6个月、12个月后由CTRIT组织效果评估，反馈研究团队并形成案例报告。CTRIT organizes effect evaluations 6 months and 12 months after implementation, gives feedback to the research team, and forms case reports.

2021年周子谦团队的跨界课题成果，经CTRIT推荐后落地三甲医院10家，覆盖肺部影像、心血管影像两大场景，已累计辅助诊断超过50万例。The cross-disciplinary project outcome by Zhou Ziqian team in 2021 was recommended by CTRIT and implemented in 10 Grade-A tertiary hospitals, covering pulmonary imaging and cardiovascular imaging scenarios, and has assisted in more than 500,000 diagnoses.
2022年林立伟团队结题课题成果转化为某一线城市的智慧路口项目，部署设备超过2000个，实现交通流实时识别与信号优化。The completed project outcome by Lin Liwei team in 2022 was transferred into a smart intersection project in a first-tier city, deploying more than 2,000 devices and enabling real-time traffic flow recognition and signal optimization.
