HATID采用"执行委员会—顾问委员会—运营中心"三层架构，辅以专业委员会和下属平台CTRIT，共同构成协会的治理与执行体系。我们相信，一个有生命力的组织，需要清晰的决策层、专业的咨询层和高效的执行层各司其职。HATID adopts a three-layer structure of Executive Committee, Advisory Committee, and Operations Center, supplemented by professional committees and the affiliated platform CTRIT, together forming the association governance and execution system. We believe a vital organization requires a clear decision-making layer, a professional advisory layer, and an efficient execution layer, each performing its own role.
由7至9名委员组成，设主任委员1名、副主任委员2名。每届任期三年，连任不超过两届。主要职权：制定协会发展战略、审议年度预算、审批专业会员及以上的会员资格、决定下属机构的设立与变更、聘任运营中心总干事、审议重大合作项目、修订协会章程。Composed of 7 to 9 members, with one chair and two vice chairs. Each term lasts three years, and members may serve no more than two consecutive terms. Main powers include formulating the association development strategy, reviewing the annual budget, approving membership qualifications for Professional Members and above, deciding on the establishment and change of affiliated bodies, appointing the secretary-general of the Operations Center, reviewing major cooperation projects, and amending the association charter.
由15至20名行业资深专家组成，设首席顾问1名。下设技术顾问组与产业顾问组。为执行委员会提供战略咨询和专业建议、参与重大课题的评审和指导、代表协会出席国际学术活动、推荐优秀科技人才。Composed of 15 to 20 senior industry experts, with one chief advisor. It includes a technical advisory group and an industry advisory group. It provides strategic consultation and professional advice to the Executive Committee, participates in the review and guidance of major projects, represents the association at international academic events, and recommends outstanding technology talent.
设总干事1名，由执行委员会聘任。下设四个职能部门：会员事务部、项目合作部、品牌传播部、国际联络部，负责协会的日常运营与对外协调。Led by one secretary-general appointed by the Executive Committee. It includes four functional departments: Membership Affairs, Project Cooperation, Brand Communications, and International Liaison, and is responsible for the association daily operations and external coordination.
技术标准委员会与学术评审委员会，分别承担技术标准制定与学术成果评审职能，向执行委员会负责。下属平台CTRIT承载课题研究管理、专家聘任与成果转化三大职能。The Technical Standards Committee and the Academic Review Committee respectively undertake technical standards development and academic achievement review, and are responsible to the Executive Committee. The affiliated platform CTRIT carries three functions: research project management, expert appointment, and achievement transfer.

北京市海淀区。负责内地学术合作与政策对接。Haidian District, Beijing. Responsible for mainland academic cooperation and policy coordination.
新加坡。负责东南亚区域合作与国际论坛协调。Singapore. Responsible for Southeast Asia regional cooperation and international forum coordination.
