六届论坛，六个不同的主题，六次让前沿议题在不同城市生根发芽的尝试。Six forums, six different themes, and six attempts to let frontier issues take root in different cities.
香港Hong Kong
第一届论坛在全球疫情阴影中如期举办。论坛聚焦智能健康科技在公共卫生、远程诊疗、流行病预测等场景下的应用前景，邀请了来自香港大学、新加坡国立大学、清华大学等机构的15位专家参与。论坛参会规模约600人（含线上）。核心板块包括智能诊断与影像识别、流行病学大数据建模、远程医疗系统设计三大主题论坛，以及首次设置的技术评审专场（评审项目12项）。The first forum was held as scheduled under the shadow of the global pandemic. It focused on the application prospects of intelligent health technology in public health, remote diagnosis and treatment, epidemic prediction, and other scenarios, inviting 15 experts from institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore, and Tsinghua University. Participation reached about 600 people, including online attendees. Core sections included three thematic forums on intelligent diagnosis and image recognition, epidemiological big data modeling, and remote medical system design, as well as the first technology review session with 12 reviewed projects.

第二届论坛因疫情防控转为完全线上模式。这一次的主题选择回应了一个时代命题——当数据成为新的生产要素，我们如何在数据流通和隐私保护之间找到平衡？论坛邀请了来自全球12个国家的42位演讲嘉宾，参会人数突破1500人。论坛设置了联邦学习与隐私计算、数据要素市场化、跨境数据流通治理、GDPR与个人信息保护法对比研究四大板块。Due to pandemic prevention and control, the second forum moved fully online. Its theme responded to an issue of the times: when data becomes a new production factor, how do we find a balance between data circulation and privacy protection? The forum invited 42 speakers from 12 countries worldwide, and participation exceeded 1,500. It set up four sections: federated learning and privacy computing, marketization of data elements, cross-border data flow governance, and comparative research on GDPR and personal information protection laws.
深圳Shenzhen
第三届论坛在深圳举办，恰逢全球大模型技术爆发的前夜。论坛邀请了来自国内外顶尖AI研究机构的30余位专家，分享对大模型技术路径与产业影响的判断。参会规模约1200人。核心板块包括基础模型与算力基础设施、垂直行业大模型实践、大模型评测与安全、大模型与产业链重构。许多参会者在多年后回忆起这场论坛时，称其为中国大模型元年的预演。The third forum was held in Shenzhen, on the eve of the global explosion of large model technology. The forum invited more than 30 experts from leading AI research institutions at home and abroad to share judgments on large model technical paths and industrial impact. Participation was about 1,200. Core sections included foundation models and computing infrastructure, vertical industry large model practice, large model evaluation and safety, and large models and industrial chain reconstruction. Years later, many participants recalled this forum as a rehearsal for the first year of large models in China.

第四届论坛回到香港，聚焦具身智能——让AI走出屏幕，进入物理世界——以及与之配套的工业元宇宙基础设施。论坛邀请了来自机器人学、虚拟现实、数字孪生等领域的28位专家。参会规模约900人。技术评审专场评审项目38项。The fourth forum returned to Hong Kong and focused on embodied intelligence, bringing AI out of screens and into the physical world, along with the supporting industrial metaverse infrastructure. The forum invited 28 experts from robotics, virtual reality, digital twins, and related fields. Participation was about 900, and the technology review session reviewed 38 projects.
新加坡Singapore
第五届论坛走出大中华区，首次在新加坡举办。这一次的主题更接近哲学层面——通用人工智能的可能性与边界究竟在哪里？我们应当为AI设置怎样的伦理框架？论坛邀请了来自全球15个国家的50位专家，参会规模突破1100人。本届论坛首次设置全球青年科技领袖圆桌。The fifth forum moved beyond Greater China and was held in Singapore for the first time. This theme was closer to the philosophical level: where exactly are the possibilities and boundaries of artificial general intelligence? What ethical framework should we set for AI? The forum invited 50 experts from 15 countries worldwide, and participation exceeded 1,100. This edition introduced the Global Young Technology Leaders Roundtable for the first time.

第六届论坛回到起点香港。论坛聚焦量子计算的商用化进程、量子安全通信、后量子密码学等前沿议题，邀请了来自全球顶尖量子计算研究机构与企业的35位专家。参会规模突破1300人。本届论坛累计参会人数突破5000人次。The sixth forum returned to its starting point, Hong Kong. It focused on frontier issues such as the commercialization process of quantum computing, quantum secure communications, and post-quantum cryptography, inviting 35 experts from top quantum computing research institutions and enterprises worldwide. Participation exceeded 1,300, and cumulative forum participation surpassed 5,000 person-times.
