一个名字，承载的是一种思考方式A Name That Carries a Way of Thinking

"瀚思"二字，取义"瀚海深思"。在科技日新月异、信息洪流奔涌的时代，我们相信真正有价值的创新，从来不是浮在表面的喧哗，而是深入海底的沉静思考。瀚思科技创新与发展协会（英文名 Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development，简称HATID）于2018年3月在香港特别行政区依法注册成立，是一个由人工智能、大数据分析、物联网架构和智能制造领域的资深技术专家与行业领袖共同发起的非营利性国际科技组织。The name Hansi draws its meaning from deep thinking across the vast sea. In an era when technology changes by the day and information surges like a flood, we believe truly valuable innovation is never surface-level noise, but calm thinking that reaches into the depths. Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development (HATID) was lawfully registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in March 2018. It is a non-profit international technology organization jointly initiated by senior technical experts and industry leaders in artificial intelligence, big data analytics, IoT architecture, and intelligent manufacturing.

为什么需要HATIDWhy HATID Is Needed

协会成立的初衷源于一个共识：前沿科技的突破性发展不应仅停留在实验室和论文中，更需要系统化的转化机制，将研究成果转化为可落地的产业应用。创始团队在长期工作中观察到，亚太地区的科技创新生态存在三个显著断层：The original purpose of the association came from a shared understanding: breakthrough development in frontier technology should not remain only in laboratories and papers; it needs a systematic transfer mechanism that turns research outcomes into implementable industrial applications. Through long-term work, the founding team observed three clear gaps in the technology innovation ecosystem of the Asia-Pacific region:

一是学术研究与产业需求之间的信息断层。First, there is an information gap between academic research and industrial demand.许多优秀的研究成果因为缺乏产业对接渠道，最终止步于论文发表；与此同时，产业界对前沿技术的真实需求，又往往无法及时传达给学术界。Many excellent research outcomes ultimately stop at publication because they lack channels for industrial connection; at the same time, the real demand from industry for frontier technologies often cannot be conveyed to academia in time.

二是跨学科技术融合的协作断层。Second, there is a collaboration gap in cross-disciplinary technology integration.AI、大数据、物联网、智能制造之间本应深度耦合，但因为学科壁垒、机构边界和评价体系的差异，跨界融合在现实中往往步履维艰。AI, big data, the Internet of Things, and intelligent manufacturing should be deeply coupled, but because of disciplinary barriers, institutional boundaries, and differences in evaluation systems, cross-boundary integration often moves with great difficulty in reality.

三是青年科技人才成长路径的支撑断层。Third, there is a support gap in the growth path of young technology talent.许多有潜力的青年研究者，在职业生涯的关键节点缺少资源、缺少平台、缺少能给他们机会的同行者。Many promising young researchers lack resources, platforms, and peers willing to give them opportunities at critical points in their careers.

HATID的使命，正是架设桥梁填补这三重断层。HATID mission is precisely to build bridges that fill these three gaps.

协会以"创新驱动、技术赋能、协同发展"为核心理念，致力于搭建一个连接学术界、产业界与政策界的多层次科技服务平台。我们不只是一个会员组织，更是一个让不同身份的科技人能够彼此看见、彼此连接、彼此成就的网络。With innovation-driven development, technology empowerment, and collaborative growth as its core philosophy, the association is committed to building a multi-level technology service platform that connects academia, industry, and the policy community. We are not merely a membership organization, but a network where technology people in different roles can see one another, connect with one another, and help one another achieve more.

截至2025年，瀚思已汇聚1200余名会员，覆盖18个国家和地区，与超过80家科研机构和企业建立合作关系。我们仍在路上。As of 2025, Hansi has brought together more than 1,200 members across 18 countries and regions, and has established partnerships with over 80 research institutions and enterprises. We are still on the journey.
