HTIEA申请指南HTIEA Application Guide
HTIEA的申请通道每年5月1日开放，6月30日截止。我们建议有意申请的科技创新者尽早准备材料、提前完成会员注册，并仔细阅读以下申请指南。每一年我们都会收到超过1500份申请，认真准备的材料是赢得专家关注的第一步。The HTIEA application channel opens on May 1 and closes on June 30 each year. We recommend that technology innovators interested in applying prepare materials as early as possible, complete membership registration in advance, and carefully read the following application guide. Every year, we receive more than 1,500 applications; carefully prepared materials are the first step toward gaining expert attention.
申请人须为HATID会员（专业会员及以上），或经两名HATID资深会员书面推荐。Applicants must be HATID members at the Professional Member level or above, or be recommended in writing by two HATID Senior Members.

登录协会官网，完成会员注册并缴纳当年度会费。如尚未达到专业会员资格，可联系两名资深会员获取推荐。Log in to the association official website, complete membership registration, and pay the current year membership fee. If you have not yet reached Professional Member eligibility, you may contact two Senior Members for recommendations.
登录会员中心，进入HTIEA申请通道，按提示填写申请表并上传材料。所有材料须为PDF格式，单文件不超过20MB。Log in to the member center, enter the HTIEA application channel, complete the application form as prompted, and upload materials. All materials must be in PDF format, and each file must not exceed 20MB.
运营中心收到申请后，5个工作日内完成形式审查。如材料不全或不符合要求，将通过邮件通知补充。After the Operations Center receives the application, it completes formal review within 5 working days. If materials are incomplete or do not meet requirements, applicants will be notified by email to supplement them.
形式审查通过后，申请进入正式评审流程（详见评审规则页面）。评审周期约5个月。After passing formal review, the application enters the formal review process. See the Review Rules page for details. The review period is about 5 months.
最终获奖者将在每年12月公示并正式公布，同期举行年度颁奖仪式。获奖者可受邀参加次年瀚思科技前沿论坛的成果展示与交流。Final awardees are publicly posted and officially announced every December, with the annual award ceremony held in the same period. Awardees may be invited to participate in achievement display and exchange at the following Hansi Technology Frontier Forum.

必备材料：Required materials:HTIEA申请表；申请人/团队简介及主要成员CV；项目/成果详细说明书（PDF，不超过30页）；核心成果证明材料（论文、专利、产品文档、案例报告等）；第三方证明文件。HTIEA application form; applicant or team profile and CVs of key members; detailed description of the project or achievement (PDF, no more than 30 pages); supporting materials for core achievements, such as papers, patents, product documents, and case reports; and third-party supporting documents.
推荐材料（视奖项类别）：Recommended materials, depending on award category:技术原创性说明、财务数据证明、导师推荐信、团队结构图、社会影响力评估报告等。Statement of technical originality, financial data proof, advisor recommendation letter, team structure chart, social impact assessment report, and similar materials.
Q：能否同时申请多个奖项类别？Q: Can multiple award categories be applied for at the same time?
A：原则上每位申请人/团队每届只能申请一个类别。如成果同时符合多类要求，建议选择最能体现核心价值的类别。A: In principle, each applicant or team may apply for only one category per edition. If an achievement meets the requirements of multiple categories, we recommend choosing the category that best reflects its core value.
Q：往届获奖者能否再次申请？Q: Can previous awardees apply again?
A：往届获奖者可在3年后凭新的成果再次申请，但需与往届获奖项目有显著差异。A: Previous awardees may apply again after 3 years with new achievements, but the new achievements must differ significantly from the previously awarded project.
Q：申请是否收取费用？Q: Is there an application fee?
A：HTIEA申请不收取任何费用。会员只需正常缴纳年度会费。A: HTIEA does not charge any application fee. Members only need to pay the normal annual membership fee.
