前沿科技研究与转化中心Center for Technology Research and Industrial Transformation
2019年6月，为将协会的学术交流职能向纵深发展，瀚思科技创新与发展协会正式成立前沿科技研究与转化中心（CTRIT）。CTRIT的设立基于一个核心判断：科技创新的真正价值在于"从实验室到市场"的最后一公里，而这恰恰是当前科技生态中最薄弱的环节。In June 2019, to deepen the association academic exchange function, Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development formally established the Center for Technology Research and Industrial Transformation (CTRIT). CTRIT was founded on one core judgment: the real value of technology innovation lies in the final mile from laboratory to market, which is precisely the weakest link in today technology ecosystem.
许多优秀的学术研究因为缺少产业化支撑，最终止步于论文；许多产业问题因为缺少专业研究力量，迟迟得不到根本性解决。CTRIT的诞生，是为了在这两端之间架设一条直接的通道——让研究者知道产业真正需要什么，让产业者知道前沿研究能解决什么。Many excellent academic studies ultimately stop at papers because they lack industrialization support; many industrial problems remain unsolved for a long time because they lack professional research power. CTRIT was born to build a direct channel between these two ends: letting researchers understand what industry truly needs, and letting industry understand what frontier research can solve.
CTRIT不是一个"另立门户"的研究机构。它是HATID的研究引擎，所有的课题、专家、成果都最终汇入HATID的整体网络。CTRIT is not a separate research institution standing apart from HATID. It is HATID research engine, and all projects, experts, and achievements ultimately flow into HATID overall network.
面向全球科技从业者开放课题申报，提供资金支持与专家指导，推动前沿技术的系统性研究。CTRIT每年开放两批课题申报（春季3月、秋季9月），课题类别覆盖重点课题、一般课题和青年课题三个层次。CTRIT opens project applications to technology practitioners worldwide, provides funding support and expert guidance, and promotes systematic research on frontier technologies. CTRIT opens two project application rounds each year, in March for spring and September for autumn, with project categories covering key projects, general projects, and youth projects.
通过聘任制建立覆盖AI、大数据、物联网、智能制造等领域的专家库，为课题评审、技术咨询、行业标准制定提供智力支撑。CTRIT专家分为高级研究员、研究员、副研究员、客座研究员四个等级。Through an appointment system, CTRIT builds an expert pool covering AI, big data, IoT, intelligent manufacturing, and other fields, providing intellectual support for project review, technical consultation, and industry standard development. CTRIT experts are divided into four levels: senior researcher, researcher, associate researcher, and visiting researcher.
对课题研究成果进行专业评审，并协调产业方对接，推动成果的实际应用与商业转化。CTRIT与超过45家科技企业建立成果转化合作关系，为优秀成果提供产业落地通道。CTRIT conducts professional review of research project outcomes, coordinates industrial matchmaking, and promotes practical application and commercial transfer. CTRIT has established achievement transfer cooperation with more than 45 technology enterprises, providing industrial implementation channels for outstanding outcomes.
CTRIT坚持"研究—评审—转化"三位一体的工作方法论。我们不只资助研究，更陪伴研究全过程；不只组织评审，更让评审结果真正影响后续决策；不只对接产业，更跟踪转化的真实效果。每一个环节都不能脱节。CTRIT follows a three-in-one methodology of research, review, and transfer. We do not only fund research; we accompany the whole research process. We do not only organize review; we make review results truly influence subsequent decisions. We do not only connect industry; we track the real effects of transfer. No link can be disconnected.
