瀚思科技创新卓越奖（HTIEA）Hansi Technology Innovation Excellence Award (HTIEA)
瀚思科技创新卓越奖（HTIEA）设立于2019年1月，是瀚思科技创新与发展协会为表彰在前沿科技领域做出突出贡献的个人和团队而设立的年度奖项。HTIEA的评审标准强调"创新性、实用性、影响力"三位一体——我们不只看技术本身的突破程度，更看它对产业进步和社会发展的实际推动作用。The Hansi Technology Innovation Excellence Award (HTIEA), established in January 2019, is an annual award created by Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development to recognize individuals and teams that have made outstanding contributions in frontier technology fields. HTIEA review criteria emphasize the three-in-one standard of innovation, practicality, and impact. We look not only at the degree of technical breakthrough itself, but also at its actual role in advancing industrial progress and social development.
科技创新需要被看见。但我们也必须承认，当前的科技评价体系存在结构性问题：太多的评价标准偏重论文数量、影响因子、学术圈层的内部认可，却很少有机制能真正回答这样一个问题——这项技术，究竟改变了什么？Technology innovation needs to be seen. But we must also acknowledge that the current technology evaluation system has structural problems: too many standards focus on paper counts, impact factors, and recognition within academic circles, while few mechanisms can truly answer the question: what exactly has this technology changed?
HTIEA希望提供另一种答案。我们设立的五大奖项类别，每一个都对应着科技创新价值的一个不同维度：从最底层的技术突破，到中游的产业落地，再到对青年人才的支持、对跨界融合的鼓励、对社会问题的回应——我们试图描绘一幅完整的"科技创新生态图谱"。HTIEA hopes to provide another answer. Each of the five award categories we established corresponds to a different dimension of technology innovation value: from foundational technical breakthroughs, to midstream industrial implementation, to support for young talent, encouragement of cross-disciplinary integration, and responses to social issues. We are trying to draw a complete map of the technology innovation ecosystem.
从技术原创到社会影响，覆盖科技创新价值的完整维度。From technological originality to social impact, covering the full dimensions of technology innovation value.
表彰在核心技术研发中取得重大突破的个人或团队。要求提交已发表论文或已授权专利。Recognizes individuals or teams that have achieved major breakthroughs in core technology research and development. Published papers or granted patents must be submitted.
面向：For:科研人员、技术团队、高校实验室Researchers, technical teams, and university laboratories
评审重点：Review Focus:技术原创性、理论深度、未来可能性Technical originality, theoretical depth, and future potential
表彰将前沿技术成功转化为产业应用并产生显著经济效益的项目。要求提供落地案例与效益数据。Recognizes projects that have successfully transformed frontier technologies into industrial applications and produced significant economic benefits. Implementation cases and benefit data must be provided.
面向：For:企业技术负责人、CTO、产业项目带头人Enterprise technology leaders, CTOs, and industrial project leaders
评审重点：Review Focus:落地效果、市场规模、商业可持续性Implementation results, market scale, and commercial sustainability
表彰35岁以下在科技创新领域展现突出潜力的青年研究者。要求至少3篇核心期刊论文或2项发明专利。Recognizes young researchers under age 35 who show outstanding potential in technology innovation. At least 3 core journal papers or 2 invention patents are required.
面向：For:35岁以下青年科技人才Young technology talent under age 35
评审重点：Review Focus:创新潜力、成长轨迹、独立思考能力Innovation potential, growth trajectory, and independent thinking ability
表彰在技术跨界融合中创造新范式的团队。要求涉及至少两个不同技术领域的深度结合。Recognizes teams that create new paradigms through cross-boundary technology integration. A deep combination of at least two different technology fields is required.
面向：For:跨学科团队、产学研联合体Interdisciplinary teams and industry-academia-research consortia
评审重点：Review Focus:跨界深度、范式创新、协作机制Depth of cross-boundary integration, paradigm innovation, and collaboration mechanisms
表彰利用科技手段解决社会问题、推动可持续发展的项目。要求提供社会影响力评估报告。Recognizes projects that use technology to address social problems and promote sustainable development. A social impact assessment report must be provided.
面向：For:科技公益项目、ESG科技项目Technology public-interest projects and ESG technology projects
评审重点：Review Focus:社会价值、可复制性、长期影响Social value, replicability, and long-term impact
每年12月完成获奖名单公示、正式公布与年度颁奖。次年瀚思科技前沿论坛可邀请获奖者参与成果展示与交流，作为获奖项目的后续传播平台。Awardee list public posting, official announcement, and the annual award ceremony are completed every December. The following Hansi Technology Frontier Forum may invite awardees to participate in achievement display and exchange as a follow-up communication platform for award-winning projects.
