瀚思科技创新与发展协会"技术白皮书开放平台"今日正式启动。该平台面向全球科技从业者免费开放，提供协会及合作机构编写的技术白皮书、行业报告和研究综述，覆盖AI、大数据、物联网、智能制造、绿色科技五大领域。
平台首批上线6份技术白皮书，包括《生成式AI在工业设计中的应用前景》、《跨境数据流通治理框架研究》、《工业物联网安全态势报告（2023）》等。所有白皮书均可通过协会官网（thehatid.com）的"技术白皮书"页面免费下载。

The Technical White Paper Open Platform of Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development is officially launched today. The platform is freely open to technology practitioners worldwide and provides technical white papers, industry reports, and research reviews written by the association and partner institutions, covering five fields: AI, big data, IoT, intelligent manufacturing, and green technology.
The first batch of the platform includes 6 technical white papers, including Application Prospects of Generative AI in Industrial Design, Research on Governance Frameworks for Cross-Border Data Flows, and Industrial IoT Security Situation Report (2023). All white papers can be downloaded free of charge through the Technical White Papers page on the association official website (thehatid.com).
The association is also opening a white paper submission channel and welcomes submissions from technology practitioners worldwide. Submission email: contact@thehatid.com.
