为进一步拓展协会与内地学术机构、产业界、政策界的合作网络，瀚思科技创新与发展协会决定在北京设立联络处。北京联络处选址北京市海淀区，主要承担内地学术合作、政策对接、会员服务等职能。
北京联络处将作为协会总部的延伸机构，所有对外署名仍统一以"瀚思科技创新与发展协会"出现。北京联络处的设立标志着协会"总部+联络处"模式正式形成。

To further expand the association cooperation network with mainland academic institutions, industry, and the policy community, Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development has decided to establish a liaison office in Beijing. The Beijing Liaison Office is located in Haidian District, Beijing, and mainly undertakes functions such as mainland academic cooperation, policy coordination, and member services.
The Beijing Liaison Office will serve as an extension of the association headquarters, and all external signatures will continue to use the unified name Hansi Association for Technology Innovation and Development. The establishment of the Beijing Liaison Office marks the formal formation of the association headquarters plus liaison office model.
